LOW-CHOLESTEROL CAKE 
2 sticks corn oil butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. skim milk
6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to sugar mixture alternately with milk. Fold in beaten egg whites and vanilla and lemon extracts. Divide batter between 2 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until cakes test done. Use favorite icing or fruit.
