3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
8 bananas
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
Vanilla wafers
Lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Place vanilla wafers and 1/2 of bananas in a baking dish and 1/2 pineapple; set aside. Mix sugar, flour, and salt; add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Cook until thick. Pour 1/2 in baking dish. Repeat with cookies, banana, pineapple, and pudding. Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1/4 cup sugar and beat. Put meringue on pudding and brown.
