CHICKEN A TOP RICE 
1 chicken finger
1 1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked
1/2 c. drained, sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped celery
Poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 tsp. salt
Paprika

In 2 quart microwave safe dish. Combine rice, mushrooms, celery, soup and milk; mix well. Cut chicken into serving pieces. Arrange atop rice mixture, skin side up. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and poultry seasoning. Cook, covered with wax paper for 28 minutes or until chicken tests done. Serves 5 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
