BEEF ROAST SUPREME | |
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast (round or shoulder) 1 env. dry onion soup 1 can cream of celery soup Place meat in a large piece of heavy foil. Sprinkle with onion soup, then top with celery soup. Wrap foil around meat. Place foil wrap in a Dutch oven or any heavy baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. 8 to 10 servings. You may wish to use a cooking bag instead of foil. |
