JIMMY CARTER CAKE 
1 c. chopped dry roasted nuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

LAYER #2:
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10X powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

LAYER #3:
1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

Hand mix ingredients in layer #1 and press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Cream in blender all ingredients in layer #2 and spread on layer #1.

Blend ingredients in layer #3 and spread on layer #2. Spread Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts or chocolate chips. Keep refrigerated.
