JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. bulk sausage (reg. Jimmy Dean)
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut up
1 lg. red onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
Green onion tops
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic to taste
Red pepper to taste
Parsley
2 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice (the one that cooks in five minutes)
1 lg. can mushrooms, drained
Black pepper

Cook rice per directions. Cook bulk sausage in large pan. While browning, add onion and mushrooms. When sausage is done, remove from heat. Add Worcestershire sauce enough to just cover the sausage, red pepper, black pepper, mushroom soup, parsley, and water. In very large bowl, add the sausage mixture, rice, green onions, and sliced smoked sausage. Pour into large lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees until hot around 25 minutes.
