2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. apples, diced
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda

Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add apples and nuts. Stir together and add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and frost.

Frosting: Combine 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cube butter. Mix until smooth.
