CINCINNATI CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 qt. water
2 med. onions, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, crushed
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Very thin spaghetti noodles
Chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 bay leaves
Shredded cheddar cheese
Oyster crackers

Combine the uncooked ground beef, onions and water in a very large pot. Simmer until the beef turns brown. Add the tomatoes (with their liquid), paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, ground allspice, salt, cayenne, cinnamon, garlic powder and bay leaves. Cover and simmer for 3 hours. Taste after about 2 hours and add more cumin and/or chili powder if needed. When done, spoon over the cooked spaghetti and top with cheese and onions and oyster crackers. If you like it hot sprinkle Tabasco sauce on top. Can be frozen. Serves about 10.
