LO - FAT, LO - CHOLESTEROL
PANCAKES
 
1/2 c. oat bran
1 egg, or 2 egg whites
1/4 c. whole wheat flour, may use white
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk (1 tbsp. lemon juice in 1 c.)
2/3 c. Miller's wheat bran
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

These are very light and delicious.
