PINEAPPLE LEMON PIE 
1 pkg. lemon pudding & pie filling mix
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (with syrup) #2 can
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
Graham cracker crust
Cool Whip

Combine lemon mix, undrained pineapple, water and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool 20 minutes. Pour into pie shell. Chill several hours. Top with Cool Whip.
