LEMON PINEAPPLE PIE | |
1 graham cracker pie crust 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix 12 oz. pkg. dessert topping mix In mixing bowl stir together undrained crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix. In another bowl, prepare dessert topping; mix according to package directions; fold gently into pineapple pudding mixture. Turn into graham cracker crust. Chill several hours or overnight. To serve garnish with additional whipped topping. |
