PINEAPPLE LEMON PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 sm. box instant lemon pudding powder
1 sm. tub Cool Whip (4 1/2 oz.)
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Mix the undrained crushed pineapple and the lemon pudding powder together. Fold in the tub of Cool Whip and spread into the graham cracker crust. Keep in refrigerator until time to serve. Spoon some Cool Whip on top with chopped walnuts or maraschino cherries if you wish.
