POT ROAST SPECIAL | |
4 lbs. chuck roast 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup 4 lg. potatoes 4 carrots 4 sm. onions Sprinkle roast with onion soup mix. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Leave whole or cut in half. Add 1 cup water in a slow cooker. Place mat and vegetables into container and cook for 8 hours or until tender. Cook on high temperature for 4 hours. Reduce to a lower temperature for the time remaining. Serves 4. |
