14 oz. bag caramels
2/3 c. Pet milk
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 box German chocolate cake mix

Melt caramels with 1/3 cup Pet milk. Mix cake mix with melted butter, 1/3 cup Pet milk and 1 cup nuts. Bake half the cake mixture in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Remove and top with caramel, chocolate chips and remaining half of cake mixture. Bake an additional 15-18 minutes.
