COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 pt. cottage cheese
7/8 c. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs (separated)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mash cottage cheese and add to beaten eggs (yolks). Add rest of ingredients. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Beat until smooth, though it will never be completely so.

Pour into unbaked shell. Top lightly with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes clean when inserted and pie is "set" firmly.
