SUNSHINE MOLD 
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice, unsweetened
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
4 tbsp. agar flakes
1 c. carrots, grated fine

Bring pineapple juice to boil, adding agar flakes. Stir until flakes are dissolved. Let chill a little, then add crushed pineapple and grated carrots. Chill in mold. May be kept several days in refrigerator. Yield: 4 servings.
