MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Beat by hand. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Blend. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in sheet pan 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Cool 10 minutes. Spread 1 jar marshmallow cream on top.

ICING:

2 sticks butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift sugar and cocoa together. Mix with melted butter and milk. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread on top of marshmallow cream. Let set 6 hours before serving.
