CHEESE MIX:

1 c. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. semi-sweet bits

CHOCOLATE MIX:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cheese; add egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 cup semi-sweet bits. Mix and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together all of the ingredients under chocolate mix. Mix well with beater. Fill cupcake up 2/3 full of chocolate mix. Fill the rest of the cup with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Single batch makes 18 cupcakes.
