CHOCOLATE MALTED ICE CREAM TORTE 
1 c. crushed graham crackers
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. finely grated semi-sweet chocolate

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1/2 gallon vanilla or marble fudge ice cream
1 c. malted milk powder
4 oz. chocolate-covered malt balls

Make crust by combining ingredients above. Press into cheesecake pan. Next make ice cream filling. Soften 1/2 gallon of ice cream in refrigerator for 45 minutes. Add malted milk powder and beat until well blended. Spread over crust.

Next, coarsely chop malt balls and sprinkle them over ice cream, patting them in gently.

Cover and freeze until firmly. Dip knife in warm water and run around torte to loosen. Cut into wedges.
