1/2 pt. whipping cream 2 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter Dipping chocolate Crushed Spanish peanuts Combine powdered sugar with butter, mixing like pie crust. Whip the cream until very stiff. Add cream to the powdered sugar mixture. Beat with electric beater on lowest speed until mixture is creamy. Chill for 24 hours. Form into balls and dip in melted chocolate. Roll in finely crushed Spanish peanuts. Store in cool place. |
