QUICK SPINACH PUFFS | |
3 eggs 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 1 c. herb stuffing mix 1/2 onion, grated 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. butter, softened 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt 2 dashes of pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and blend well. Roll into walnut sized balls. Transfer to baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. NOTE: Spinach balls can be baked 10 minutes and stored in refrigerator or freezer and then reheated at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. |
