EASY CHEESY SPINACH PUFF | |
1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained 3 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. milk 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated Melt butter. Stir in flour. Add spinach, eggs, and milk. Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Pour into buttered 1 quart souffle dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
