APRICOT ALMOND TART | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. soft butter 3 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter, melted 3 c. coconut 1 can apricot filling 1 can almond filling Mix as for pie crust. Pat into cookie sheet 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch. Mix 1 can apricot filling and 1 can almond filling. Spread over dough. Combine ingredients for topping. Spread over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Do not over bake. |
