CHEESY CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1/2 head cauliflower
1 c. water
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Dissolve bouillon in water. Chop cauliflower and onion in water until soft. Pour water, cauliflower and onion into blender. Blend on high until smooth, gradually add in the cheese. Use more or less cheese to control thickness.
