RUSSIAN FLUFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. instant uncooked rice
1 box frozen green peas
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat and onion, drain off fat. Put in baking dish. Add all other ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
