SHRIMP WITH LOBSTER SAUCE 
6 pieces jumbo shrimp
4 oz. ground pork
1 soup spoon corn oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. sugar
Optional 1/3 tsp. seasoning salt or MSG
1 egg
Little scallion
Little garlic
Little white pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp. water

To prepare:

1. Chop garlic to very fine pieces.

2. Clean shrimps and rinse.

To cook:

1. Heat oil in saucepan until hot.

2. Put garlic and ground pork and stir a while.

3. Pour 1 pint water in and heat up to boil.

4. Add salt, sugar and seasoning salt and white pepper (powder)

5. Bring it to boil and put the shrimps in.

6. Lower the fire. Add starch slowly while stirring the water.

7. Add scallion and egg; stir a while.

8. Watch the shrimp if done. Shut off fire and serve.
