ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 c. sliced zucchini
1 med. onion, chopped
2 grated carrots
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing (chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Do not peel, saute zucchini and onion approximately 10 minutes. Melt 1/2 stick butter in long casserole. Sprinkle half of dressing over butter, add zucchini, onions and carrots. Mix soup and sour cream together, pour over vegetables. Add remaining dressing with melted butter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
