MICROWAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3 qt. covered glass casserole dish
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, peeled
3 c. milk
1/2 c. diced onion

In glass casserole, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Cover, cook on roast (7) for 10-12 minutes or until thickened; stir twice during cooing. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then into 1/4 inch slices. Add to thickened sauce. Cover, cook on high for 17-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir once during cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
