SUNRISE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. grated carrots

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water (may substitute the pineapple juice for some of the hot water). Add 1 1/2 cups cold water and stir well. Add the pineapple and grated carrots. This salad molds well.
