QUICK JELLIES 
(Orange, tangerine or grape). The flavor of fresh fruit - from the can!

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange, tangerine or grape juice concentrate, thawed
1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered fruit pectin
2 c. water
3 3/4 c. sugar

Prepare jelly glasses. Stir juice, fruit pectin and water in saucepan until pectin is dissolved. Stirring constantly, cook over high heat about 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Add sugar; heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; immediately skim off foam. Fill glasses and seal and store in dark, dry place.
