FRUIT PIE 
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. Grapenuts cereal
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. raspberries, frozen and partially thawed
1 1/2 c. strawberries, frozen and partially thawed
1 1/2 c. blueberries, frozen and partially thawed
1 med. apple, grated
1/3 c. apple juice concentrate
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Sprinkle Grapenuts to evenly cover the bottom of a 10 inch tart pan or pie plate. Slice bananas lengthwise and place over crust. Combine apple juice concentrate, water and cornstarch in a saucepan. Heat until thickened. Stir thawed fruit into cornstarch mixture. Add grated apple. Pour over bananas and spread evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings at 110 calories each.
