FAVORITE FISH 
1 c. Club cracker crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon salt-free spice
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
6 orange roughy fillets (4 to 6 oz. each)
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine crumbs, flour and lemon spice in a flat dish. Combine sour cream and water in another flat dish. Dip fillets in sour cream mixture and then coat with the crumb mixture. Arrange in a 15x10x1 inch greased pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
