TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. dry oatmeal
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 lb. ground turkey

Keep 1/4 cup catsup.

Combine remaining ingredients including the 1/2 cup catsup. Mix well. Shape into loaf and place in greased baking pan. Add water to retained catsup to measure 1/2 cup. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
