SPINACH FANDANGO | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 lb. ground chuck 1 med. onion, chopped 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp. oregano 1 (10 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 c. sour cream 1 (10 oz.) cream of celery soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated Cook spinach; drain and squeeze dry. Saute beef, onion and garlic. Add Tabasco, mushrooms, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Add spinach, sour cream and celery soup and heat. Put in casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8. |
