CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Dip chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) in a batter made of 1 egg and 1/2 c. milk. Roll them in a mixture of:

3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. season salt
1 tsp. paprika

Place in greased baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter with garlic powder. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
