CHICKEN ROTEL 
1 pkg. chicken of your choice
1/2 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Rice

Place chicken in deep baking dish. Taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix 1/2 can Rotel tomatoes, 1 can of soup and 1 can of milk. Pour over chicken when the hour is up. Bake another 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
