1 pt. dairy sour cream
1 (1 oz.) pkg. unprepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Original Ranch salad dressing mix
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. pitted California ripe olives, sliced
12 flour tortillas
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa

Combine sour cream and half the dressing mix. Add chicken, 1 cup cheese and olives. Spoon onto tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 minutes. Pour remaining dressing over enchiladas. Top with salsa and serve. Serves 6.
