BISQUICK MIX 
9 c. flour or 10 c. cake flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. Crisco or 1 1/2 c. lard

Blend in shortening until mixture is crumbly like cornmeal. Use the same as boxed Bisquick. Store in refrigerator in closed container.
