QUICK MIX BISQUICK 
7 c. flour (self-rising)
2 c. instant non-fat dry milk
1 c. shortening or lard

To prepare the mix, stir together flour and dry milk. Add shortening by cutting into flour mixture until it resembles peas. Should be stored in clean, dry jars. Mix made with lard should be kept in refrigerator while mix can be kept on shelf.
