5 lb. flour
2 c. instant dry milk
2/3 c. double action baking powder
3 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. vegetable shortening

Add dry ingredients in 4 quart saucepan. Add shortening. Work until mixture is like corn meal. This recipe can be used whenever you need Bisquick Store in airtight container.
