PASTA WITH ZUCCHINI AND SALAMI 
1 zucchini, sliced
1 stick salami, cut in chunks
1 garlic clove, minced
Romano cheese, grated
1 tbsp. capers, drained, or more to taste
1/2 c. heavy cream

Saute these ingredients in olive oil. When tender-crisp, add cream, freshly ground pepper and romano. Serve over your choice of pasta.
