BANANA MUFFINS 
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Beat egg slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients, just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes.
