PEA AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 can French cut beans, drained
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, grated
6 to 8 oz. grated cheese
4 or 5 slices old white bread, cubed
Melted butter
Pepper to taste

In oblong glass casserole mix first 5 ingredients. Add pepper. Add cubed bread which has been dipped in melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
