BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 dozen well beaten eggs
8 oz. carton sour cream

Brown sausage and drain well. Mix cheese, eggs and sour cream together and reserve 1/4 cup of cheese. Add sausage to mixture. Mix well and pour into 9 x 11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until firm. This is a good recipe for a crowd, especially for a holiday breakfast.
