POLLO ALA DIAVOLA 
Chicken parts (about 8 pieces), skin off

MARINADE:

1/2 c. lemon juice, fresh
1 tbsp. crushed peppercorns
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 clove crushed garlic

Place chicken in deep dish. In large cup make mixture for marinade. Pour over chicken; let marinade several hours, covered. When grill is ready, place chicken on grill. With pastry brush, brush chicken with marinade throughout cooking process so as not to dry out. If you seem to run out of marinade, add a little olive oil to marinade. Takes about 1 hour to grill. Serve with rice pilaf.
