RUNZA CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 pkg. coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage) 2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls (I use Pillsbury) 2-3 cups shredded cheese (your choice) Cook hamburger with chopped onion and drain; mix with butter and coleslaw mix and cook together (about 15 to 30 minutes). Put one can of crescents on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan, covering the bottom. Pinch perforations together. Put hamburger mix on top. Cover with cheese. Cover with another can of crescent rolls, pinching perforations together. Bake as package directs for the crescent rolls. Submitted by: Barb Heller |
