HOT SHRIMP DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
6 oz. shrimp (can be frozen)
2 tbsp. onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/3 c. slivered almonds (optional)

Soften cream cheese with milk. Add horseradish and onion and mix well. Add shrimp and almonds. Bake in serving dish 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with crackers.
