BEEF TERIYAKI WITH RICE PILAF 
1 London broil
1/4 c. water
Black pepper
Sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
Garlic powder
Ginger powder

Sprinkle London broil with above seasonings and sugar. Broil about 10 to 15 minutes on each side. Add more water if too thick as cooked. Remove when rare, slice thinly and return to juice and broil 1 more minute. Serve with rice pilaf.
