CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
6 chicken breasts, skinned 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. can or 1 c. milk 1 1/3 c. quick cooking rice 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Heat canned soups and milk (do not boil). Stir in uncooked rice. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Pour heated soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Seal tightly with foil. Bake 2 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. DO NOT uncover until done. |
