2 pkgs. Jiffy cornbread mix
3 onions, chopped
2 c. frozen chopped & broccoli
4 eggs
12 oz. container cottage cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
Jalapeno peppers, enough to taste

Mix all ingredients and bake at 450 degrees until brown.
